Mess in the smilies cleaned up

The smilies section was a real mess, with pointless smilies, Anti-Rice things and forumotion ugly faces, and may be with 2 or 3 NFSCars smilies. Annoying you say?

So I decided to change MOST OF THE smilies of forumotion for NFSCars, which looks much better.
I have putted the smilies in three different categories:
- Normal Smilies
- ARG smilies
- Pointless smilies

I haven't deleted any smilies except for the old forumotion default. The one that are staying are because there is no looking-alike on NFSCars. But I can say most of them are there.

So now that the mess is (mostly) cleaned up, have fun!
